If the item you received doesn’t match the description and/or photo in the original listing, or you simply changed your mind, you are covered under our Money Back Guarantee.
However, returns must be posted for return within fourteen (14) days of the delivery confirmation date. All items accepted for return may be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value, a refund, or store credit.
There are no refunds or exchanges for items damaged during shipping. In such a case, you must file a claim with the carrier (Note: be sure to photograph the damage to the packaging as well as the item, so that your claim can reach a quick resolution),
Merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for refund, store credit, nor exchange, and
In the case of handbags, you MUST NOT remove the tags, and the protective plastic packaging must remain intact; if not, the bag will be considered used
Merchandise marked ‘Clearance’ will only be accepted back for store credit or exchange
Before You Post Your Return
Notify us of your return by using the form at the bottom of this page and
Wait until we respond with the correct return address information and packing instructions
Any merchandise returned to us without prior knowledge/consent will be refused and ‘returned to sender’ at your expense.
The cost of return shipping will be paid by you (the customer) unless we (Renia’s Jewelry) are at fault for the return.
Examples of our fault would include…
We sent the wrong item
We sent the right item in the wrong color or style
We sent you the wrong size
For Standard Returns: The refund total will be the price you paid minus any payment processing fees and the true cost of shipping.
If Renia’s Jewelry is at fault: We will refund the full sum of the returned item(s), including payment processing fees and shipping*, and purchase the shipping label for the merchandise returned.
Merchandise returned for exchange must meet the same conditions as merchandise returned for refund – must not have been “worn, washed, or altered in any way.”
You must pay the cost of shipping the return unless Renia’s Jewelry is at fault, but Renia’s Jewelry will pay the cost of shipping the exchange item(s) to customers, regardless of fault, to any customer living in the United States and Canada.
*If you ordered more than one item but only part of the shipment was returned for refund, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping (even if Renia’s Jewelry is at fault), as we charge a Flexible Flat Shipping Rate that covers all items shipped in a single order.
